WIZnet’s WizFi Shield adds Wi-Fi communication capabilities to any Arduino board. WizFi210, the ultra-low power Wi-Fi module is interfaced to Arduino board through SPI. It also supports the interface for WIZ820io, the plug-in typed Internet Offlaod module for Ethernet connectivity. You can get the all source codes at the Github.
The EtherMega is a 100% Arduino Mega 2560 compatible board in which WIZnet W5100 is used for Ethernet connectivity. It does Twitter updates automatically, serves webpages, connects to web services, displays sensor data on-line and controls devices using a web browser.
This project is to develop an expressive music controller using Leaflabs’s Maple Mini & WIZnet’s WIZ820io. An open source prototyping board with an ARM Cortex M3 MCU acts as the central computing unit, reading out the sensors, computing multi touch recognition and sending output via Ethernet.

New WIZnet Ethernet Shield
This is the new WIZnet Ethernet Shield which has been introduced in the Adafruit Forum.
Colin, the user of the Adafruit develped this shield using WIZ820io because it is small, and can be mounted on breadboard.
He is saying “The 820io awesome for a cheap and quick way to add Ethernet to your project” Click here for more detail at the Adafruit Forum.
